The works extended to a strip out of 40,00sq ft of office interiors including the mechanical and electrical systems.
AOC then negotiated the £1.9m cat A fit out of all 4 floors and common parts including new mechanical and electrical systems.
The installation of the M&E was particularly demanding due to the extremely small ceiling void (210mm).
Other aspects of the contract included a complete lift refurbishment, cradle access equipment refurbishment, installation of new toilet accommodation with dda compliant showering facilities, external specialist cleaning and installation of piles and pile caps for future development.
